Instructions
Cook the beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
Sauté aromatics: Using the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until the onion is softened and translucent.
Cook the cabbage: Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
