Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Use kitchen scissors to carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell for even cooking and presentation.
