8 small flour tortillas
½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
⅓ cup Caesar dressing
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp bacon bits
1 tbsp avocado oil (for cooking)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
Spread Chicken on Tortillas: Evenly spread a thin, firm layer of the seasoned ground chicken on the back side of each flour tortilla, pressing down to adhere well.
Cook the Chicken Side: Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each tortilla chicken side down in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
Crisp the Other Side: Flip the tortilla carefully and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes to crisp up the tortilla.
Add Toppings: Remove tortillas from the skillet. Top each with chopped romaine lettuce, a drizzle of Caesar dressing, a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese, and crispy bacon bits. Optionally, toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing in advance.
Serve: Fold the tacos and serve immediately while crisp and warm for the perfect bite.
