Delicious and simple Air Fryer Almond Butter Cookies made with just three ingredients. These soft, nutty cookies have a perfect texture and are quick to prepare using your air fryer for a crispy edge and tender inside.
Total Time:22 minutes
Yield:12 cookies
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup creamy almond butter
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 large egg
Instructions
Mix Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond butter, sugar, and the egg. Stir until everything is fully blended and smooth.
Prepare Air Fryer Basket: Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your air fryer basket. Ensure it’s only one layer and avoid flapping up the sides to prevent cookies from flipping during cooking.
Portion Dough: Use a small cookie scoop (about 1.2 tablespoons) to portion out four cookies onto the parchment paper, spacing them approximately 2 inches apart.
Shape Cookies: Lightly press a fork into the top of each cookie, first in one direction, then perpendicular to create a crisscross pattern. Press gently to flatten slightly without making a mess.
Air Fry Cookies: Air fry the cookies at 370°F for 7 minutes. Monitor carefully to avoid overcooking.
Cool Cookies: Once done, carefully remove the basket and let the cookies rest undisturbed for 10 minutes to firm up.
Transfer to Cooling Sheet: Gently transfer the cookies to a fresh sheet of parchment paper to cool completely.
Repeat Baking: Repeat the process with remaining dough until all cookies are baked. Enjoy your almond butter cookies fresh or store them for later!
Notes
For best results, use creamy almond butter without added sugars or oils.
If you don’t have a small cookie scoop, use a tablespoon to portion the dough evenly.
Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches to allow even air circulation.
Allow cookies to cool completely to set their texture before storing.
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
